YOUR ENCORE LIFE COACH

ABOUT LYNETTE

Lynette Reiling is a lover of life who is innovative, jazzed about new adventures and endlessly inquisitive. Her natural curiosity motivated her to take a deep dive into understanding midlife, its transitions, and the move to retirement for herself and for other women who were entering this time of life. This led her to complete formal education/training and certifications in the aging and retirement arenas. Since then, she has taught adult ed for career shifters, retains a seventeen year relationship with a business membership organization coaching career changers, including the position of their retirement readiness expert.
As Lynette was rounding out an eight-year position training and managing hospice volunteers, she decided to return to school to obtain a Certified Professional Coaching Certificate. In her early 60’s she was at the beginning of fulfilling a long-time dream of building a thriving coaching practice supporting other midlife women in their life transitions as she “retired” from hospice. A lover of potential, Lynette could see and
was experiencing just how dynamic this time of life can be. She had to keep her eye on the prize even though some of “her people” thought she had lost her mind going back to school and starting a new career “at her age”.
She said yes, with glee, to gig at Boomers Leading Change where she mobilized people 50 and older to utilize their talents, skills and interests for social good to support her while getting her coaching practice on its feet. Enter…. Breast cancer.
After breast cancer slowed the pace of her dreams, Lynette is back in living color, utilizing all she has learned and experienced as the Encore Life Coach. Reiling champions women in authoring life’s second half by providing ways to become aware of and release limiting beliefs, emotional barriers, expectations of others and the roles and identities adopted in life’s first half that may be inhibiting them from becoming vital, mature women. She guides women through a process to shape new thoughts,
ideas and actions for life’s second half. This is at the heart of Lynette’s coaching, writing and speaking. She finds immense joy in supporting women in this amazing life transition.
